Customer Review: Great but not Perfect

I had the Frieling 5-6 cup French Press for one week when it stopped working, something with the plunger was broken. The first 6 days were great- after water is boiled, you have coffee in 4 minutes which tastes richer than through a general coffee maker.
I contacted Frieling, and through e-mail conversation with an Inventory Specialist we were able to discern what piece was broken: the bottom piece of the plunger, or cross.
I received this response from Frieling:
"Please send your mailing information and we will ship you a new cross next week. Sorry for any trouble this may have caused."
After I got the new piece, everything worked great again- back to great coffee!
